Key note speech
The human equation: Putting people first in a fastpaced world of technological advances - Owen Patrick Fernandes MBA,PhD
The future of work is rapidly developing. Technology and digital transformation are disrupting the way workforces are traditionally organized. In this scenario, going forward, what is the role of the once called “biggest assets of organization”? Will large volumes of people be displaced by robots? How will leaders communicate this? Are leaders today challenged to use Emotional Intelligence against any other new form of intelligence that we are exposed to? What would TODAY look 10 years from now, from the workforce perspective?
